How We Correct Mistakes

Does a bigger bonus raise the score?
Only through the bonus fairness criterion, which carries 15% of the score. The terms count more than the headline figure: clear wagering, a sensible time limit and a fair list of games that count all push it up. Each criterion is scored before the total is added up, and when a fact changes, the score moves with it.
How many withdrawals do you time before writing about payout speed?
At least three per payment method, spread over different days of the week. We publish the median of those runs, not the quickest one, and we say so when a method has fewer runs behind it.
Why do you check the licence on the regulator's site instead of the casino footer?
